I joined the lean in 60 program to gain weight!!! sound crazy right but i spoke to one of the trainers online before signing up and they said i could easily gain muscle on this program with a slightly adapted nutrition guide. in my first picture i was 50 kg i had no muscle no fitness what so ever but after the 60 days i had gained about 10 kg of weight and my body fat was almost the same i thought it was impossible but Im living proof i was following the work outs and training hard stuck to the diet and it worked. so if there is anyone out there who thinks arr its not for me seriously try it .
