Wow the course was fantastic I literally don't know were I would be with out it.

I have been struggling with a lot of depression anxiety and a few mental health issues the last 20 so years of my life and my health has taken a back seat, it was only when I got serious with myself that i made the change to get some expert help.

The Lean in 60 team were fantastic really motivational and kept me going when I was down and i have never felt better. I lost a load of weight and specifically 11 inches of my stomach which i was super happy about and I feel fitter than ever thank you so much to Ben And Chloe its the best investment i ever made.
